PRICES
Each quilt is as unique as its maker, so it's difficult to give a standard price for longarm quilting. Prices will depend on the size of quilt, quilting design and the density of quilting required, however the below table gives you a good idea of what to expect.
Payment
No payment is required upfront. You will be sent an invoice by email just before your quilt is ready to be returned.
Payment is only accepted by BACS (bank transfer) to a UK bank account.
A payment plan is possible and can be discussed at the time of booking, please note your quilt will NOT be returned until payment has been made in full.

For as long as you need me to discuss design choices and whether it's a good fit for your quilt I am there, I understand it's a big decision trusting someone with your hard work. I offer advice on thread colour choices and can either send photos of your options or have a video call with you before you make a decision.
Thread
I have a wide range of Glide 40wt in stock, it is a a trilobal polyester and stitches out beautifully.
Pantographs
I have quite a library of pantographs (E2E quilting designs) for you to pick from, collecting them is as addictive as buying fabric, the choice is entirely yours. Although I will give you my two pennies if you want them!
Trimming
I don't generally trim your quilt after quilting as there are so many different ways to finish them off and bind them. However, I can rough trim it for you if required - you will get back all the offcuts of both wadding and backing.
Optional Extras
Thread
If you want a colour I don't currently have in stock, I can get it especially for, but this may incur an additional charge.
Backing
I currently have a small selection of Tula Pink fabric in stock, most of it is 44" wide, but I do have a few that are extra wide at 108". If you buy backing from me I will join it and get it ready to back your quilt free of charge.
Pantographs
I can quilt just about any pattern that you like and I encourage you to find the design of your dreams. If you would like to use a pattern that is not in my library, I can point you in the direction of some magical places and I will split the cost with you.
Binding
I can attach the binding to the front of your quilt for you, ready to be handstitched on its return. This service incurs an additional charge.
Postage
I will only return a quilt by post using ParcelForce Tracked and Signed For.
The Express24 service costs £18.50 or the Express48 service which costs £15.05 both options include insurance up to £100
If you would like to arrange a different method of collection/return or to insure your quilt for a greater amount this can be discussed prior to completion.
